Refuel information

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

We will not respond to requests received after 5 days from the delivery date.


Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Changes
The exchange costs €5. Contact us by email at info@alma-slimwear.com We will arrange for the product to be collected and send the product in exchange.

Returns

The cost for return shipping is €20
As soon as the returned item has been verified, we will proceed with the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within  15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send the refund.
